• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Current AGACNP certification (NP) or NCCPA certification (PA)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Eligible for Maryland licensure
• Critical Care, ICU, Hospital Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Trauma, Surgical Critical Care, or other relevant inpatient experience
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Experience performing bedside procedures and managing high-acuity patients
