Responsibilities Peraton is seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Systems Engineer II to serve in a Technical Writer capacity supporting a complex, multi-cloud environment. In this hybrid role, the selected candidate will leverage both systems engineering expertise and strong technical communication skills to develop new documentation artifacts, maintain existing documentation, and ensure the accuracy and consistency of technical content across the program. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with a variety of documentation tools, configuration management practices, and collaborative platforms to deliver clear, accurate, and accessible information to both technical and non-technical audiences. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Documentation Generation
Utilize Agency-approved tools to generate technical documentation efficiently and accurately. Tools may include, but are not limited to, the Atlassian suite of products, Microsoft Office applications, and GitLab.

Target Salary Range $146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
