TEKsystems is partnering with a top financial institution to bring on a Branch Call Support Consultant who can think fast, stay sharp, and deliver great service-especially when it matters most. You'll be the go-to problem solver supporting branch teams and customers, taking on everything from everyday questions to tricky escalations. What Your Day Might Look Like * Jumping into high-volume calls and helping customers find quick, clear solutions * Stepping in when situations escalate and turning them around * Partnering with branch staff and internal teams to solve problems * Navigating multiple systems while keeping everything organized * Closing the loop on issues so nothing falls through the cracks You'll Do Well Here If You Are... * Calm under pressure and confident handling tough conversations * Naturally helpful, patient, and solution-focused * Comfortable juggling multiple tasks at once * Detail-oriented but able to see the bigger picture * Someone who takes ownership and follows through What You Bring * 3+ years of call center or banking/branch experience * Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset * Experience handling escalations or high-priority issues * Familiarity with systems and technology tools * Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends or holidays Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
