Instructor and Program Manager, Lead The Opportunity: Advanced Space Force training programs require more than expert instructors-they demand leaders who can synchronize people, schedules, deliverables, and evolving mission requirements across a dynamic enterprise. The client needs a training leader like you: someone who can both teach at the highest level and orchestrate a complex training program spanning multiple courses, instructors, and operational stakeholders. As the Lead Instructor and Program Manager, you'll bring deep expertise in instructional systems design, analytic tradecraft, and space intelligence to shape missionready training. You'll oversee the full lifecycle of curriculum development and delivery, ensuring courseware aligns with operational demands, leadership priorities, and intelligence mission changes. You'll manage daytoday program execution-tracking deliverables, coordinating schedules, synchronizing instructor workloads, and ensuring all outputs meet government and Booz Allen quality standards. You'll interface regularly with Space Force leadership and mission partners to refine requirements, validate content, and integrate new tools, systems, or mission updates into training pipelines. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
