Instructor and Program Manager, Lead

The Opportunity:

Advanced Space Force training programs require more than expert instructors-they demand leaders who can synchronize people, schedules, deliverables, and evolving mission requirements across a dynamic enterprise. The client needs a training leader like you: someone who can both teach at the highest level and orchestrate a complex training program spanning multiple courses, instructors, and operational stakeholders.

As the Lead Instructor and Program Manager, you'll bring deep expertise in instructional systems design, analytic tradecraft, and space intelligence to shape missionready training. You'll oversee the full lifecycle of curriculum development and delivery, ensuring courseware aligns with operational demands, leadership priorities, and intelligence mission changes.

You'll manage daytoday program execution-tracking deliverables, coordinating schedules, synchronizing instructor workloads, and ensuring all outputs meet government and Booz Allen quality standards. You'll interface regularly with Space Force leadership and mission partners to refine requirements, validate content, and integrate new tools, systems, or mission updates into training pipelines.

This is your chance to deepen your leadership in enterpriselevel training modernization, while maintaining the instructor credibility required to step onto the podium and deliver worldclass training. You'll shape the training enterprise, mentor instructors, guide analytic instruction, and ensure the program consistently delivers the readiness outcomes the mission demands.

Join us. The world can't wait.

You Have:

  • Experience leading training programs or learning enterprises, including oversight of schedules, deliverables, milestones, and instructor teams

  • Experience developing and delivering curriculum using the ADDIE instructional systems design model

  • Experience teaching intelligence, space operations, or structured analytic methodologies in DoD or IC environments

  • Experience managing crossfunctional teams and coordinating across Space Force units, government stakeholders, and mission partners

  • Experience conducting program reporting, maintaining training records, and ensuring compliance with government standards

  • Ability to mentor instructors, perform quality control on courseware, and personally deliver instruction when needed

  • Ability to manage dynamic timelines, deconflict schedules, and maintain visibility across multiple training pipelines

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam

  • Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of experience in training development, program management, intelligence instruction, or space operations, or 17+ years of experience in training development, program management, intelligence instruction, or space operations in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience managing complex training programs for USSF, USAF, or joint operational units

  • Experience with readinessaligned training constructs, qualification timelines, or missionfocused curriculum modernization

  • Experience integrating digital learning tools, immersive training technologies, or automated program management systems

  • Experience briefing senior leaders or representing a training program in crossagency or multiunit working groups

  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
