General Purpose

Support the brand marketing team behind our frozen dessert portfolio, partnering closely with Brand Managers to help bring campaigns, initiatives, and brand strategies to life. This role plays a key part in keeping projects organized and moving forward-providing hands-on support across a variety of priorities that shape how our brands show up in the market.

You'll gain exposure to the day-to-day work of brand marketing, collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to projects that connect consumers to products they know and love.

Job Duties and Responsibilities



  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to support the functionality and coordination of the department's activities
  • Support the marketing team by providing project-specific administrative support
  • Support the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns (traditional or digital campaigns)
  • Create reports on key metrics in order to monitor campaign efficiency
  • Assist with the production of marketing materials and collateral
  • Prepare data reports, graphs, charts, and slides in a clear format
  • Create surveys, questionnaires, and other tools to measure marketing impact
  • Assist in conducting market research to better understand our marketing needs and target audience; utilize marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings, etc.)
  • Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
  • Help organize and coordinate marketing events such as conferences, webinars, and trade shows; attend to help facilitate their success as appropriate

Education and Experience



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Undergraduate degree in marketing, business, or related curriculum preferred
  • Up to 1 year of experience working in a support or administrative capacity in an office or marketing environment
  • Certification and/or License - may be required during course of employment


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Basic knowledge of and skill with Microsoft Office Suite and company computer systems
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles
  • Detail oriented
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Able to multi-task and organize own work activities
  • Able to follow directions and meet deadlines
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English
