Join our team as a Sr. Associate Brand Manager and lead the development and execution of key marketing initiatives across our ice cream portfolio. In this hybrid role, you will drive brand strategy, partner cross-functionally, and deliver growth through impactful marketing programs and new product innovation. Key Responsibilities:
- Support and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned to business goals
- Develop consumer and shopper communications (advertising, packaging, promotions, PR, digital, and social)
- Manage day-to-day relationships with agency partners (advertising, packaging, PR, digital)
- Lead cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to drive flawless execution
- Partner with sales on market- and account-level programs
- Use data and insights to inform pricing, merchandising, and competitive strategy
- Drive new product development from concept to commercialization
- Support marketing budget management, ROI tracking, and reporting
- Optimize portfolio plans to achieve sales, share, and profit objectives
- Bring ideas to life creating and delivering compelling presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5-8 years of experience in brand marketing, category management, sales, or related roles
- Proven experience in new product launch/commercialization
- Strong analytical, cross-functional leadership, and project management skills
- Ability to travel up to 15%
