Directly supervises 2 or more employees in the Warehouse Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Directly supervises respective shift(s) of employees in the Warehouse Department. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $55,300-$79,500Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
