Pay Rate: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

You know your way around tools, machines, and tough jobs. We're hiring a CNC Maintenance Technician who can troubleshoot, repair, and keep the shop running strong.

What You'll Need:

• 
  
  5+ years of CNC maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment
  
  
• 
  
  
  Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  
  
• 
  
  
  Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  
  
• 
  
  
  Experience with preventive maintenance programs and equipment calibration
  
  
• 
  
  
  Understanding of machine qualifications (IQ, OQ, PQ) is a plus
  
  

Your Workday in Action:

• 
  
  Maintain and repair CNC production equipment to ensure maximum efficiency and uptime
  
  
• 
  
  
  Establish and execute preventive maintenance programs in compliance with quality standards
  
  
• 
  
  
  Perform equipment calibration and assist with IQ, OQ, and machine qualification processes
  
  
• 
  
  
  Maintain an inventory of spare parts to support continuous production operations
  
  
• 
  
  
  Accurately document and report maintenance activities
  
  
• 
  
  
  Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area
  
  
• 
  
  
  Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues
  
  
• 
  
  
  Support continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment performance and reliability
