Clinical Nurse II- Duke Signature Care
Location: 3475 Erwin Rd, Durham, NC 27705 Job Summary: We are seeking aClinical Nurse IIin ourDuke Signature Care clinic located inDurham, NC to be an integral member of the healthcare team and provide direct and indirect care to patients.Independently plan and provide professional nursing care for patients in ambulatory clinic settings in accordance with the medical and nursing plans of care and established policies and procedures. Provide nursing services to patients and families in accordance with the scope of the RN as defined by the North Carolina Board of Nursing. Address patient phone calls and coordinate care needs in an ambulatory concierge practice/ Primary Care Medical Home. Includes, but not limited to, triage of acute care needs utilizing approved protocols when appropriate; obtaining medical documents; prescription refills; managing home health supplies and equipment; and scheduling patient visits.
