Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Director of Environmental Services Operations position.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing Environmental Services operations across all company locations, ensuring exceptional standards of cleanliness, hospitality, safety, infection prevention, and environmental sustainability. Directs and mentors a team of regional environmental services professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Drives innovation in cleaning practices, processes, and service delivery while implementing best practices to enhance resident and team member experiences. Conducts comprehensive training and quality assurance programs with strong attention to detail in both resident-facing and team member areas. Oversees staffing, vendor relationships, and departmental budgets to optimize operational efficiency, control costs, and consistently meet financial and performance targets. Collaborates cross-functionally with leadership teams to support regulatory compliance, workplace safety initiatives, and organizational goals.




Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, environmental science, or a related field
  • Minimum of five years of progressive leadership in multi-site environmental services management, with demonstrated success overseeing operations across multiple locations
  • Experience in healthcare, senior living, hospitality, hotels, or similar environments is strongly preferred
  • Certified Healthcare Environmental Services Professional (CHESP) designation (preferred)
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
