Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Here's what we're looking for.

• 
  
  High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or certification in drafting, engineering, or related field preferred, but equivalent work experience will be considered in place of formal education
  
  
• Experience in cabinetry, millwork, woodworking, or a related manufacturing field is preferred and will give a significant advantage
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting software
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and project management tools
• Ability to read and interpret construction and architectural drawings
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
• Create detailed shop drawings and production documentation from architectural plans and project specifications
• Prepare material lists and manufacturing-ready layouts for production
• Review and interpret construction and architectural drawings
• Coordinate with project managers and production staff to resolve design and production questions
• Maintain drawing revisions and project documentation
• Ensure drawings meet company quality standards and customer requirements
