An established and highly respected healthcare manufacturing and pharmaceutical services organization is seeking a Senior EHS Associate to join its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to lead critical Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security initiatives across a multi-site operation while partnering with corporate leadership to drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead and support enterprise-wide Environmental, Health, Safety & Security programs across multiple operational sites
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, RCRA, NFPA, FDA, and other applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations
  • Conduct and manage regulatory inspections, internal audits, incident investigations, and corrective action programs
  • Develop and implement safety initiatives, industrial hygiene programs, environmental permitting, emergency response planning, and waste management strategies
  • Partner with leadership teams to improve safety performance, employee engagement, and operational risk reduction
  • Manage environmental reporting requirements including OSHA logs, hazardous waste reporting, RTK reporting, and related compliance documentation
  • Support occupational health programs, workers' compensation initiatives, and emergency first responder training
  • Drive sustainability initiatives related to waste reduction, recycling, and resource conservation
  • Serve as a key liaison between operations, corporate leadership, regulatory agencies, and external vendors



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 2-5+ years of experience in Environmental Health & Safety within a regulated or manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, RCRA, NFPA, and environmental compliance regulations
  • Experience with compliance auditing, industrial hygiene practices, environmental permitting, and safety training
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, or manufacturing industries is highly preferred
