Overview The Government & Education Relationship Officer proactively manages and expands existing client relationships through routine calling activity while independently identifying and developing new government and education clients targeting municipal governments, county governments, private colleges and universities, and private schools. This role delivers commercial lending, interest-bearing and non-interest-bearing deposit products, along with treasury management and payment processing services. This role also supports the borrowing needs of these institutions by referring clients to the Bank's Commercial & Industrial ("C&I"), Commercial Real Estate ("CRE") and Residential Lending teams. The Government & Education Relationship Officer conducts outside sales and business development activities to meet or exceed production goals while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction across an assigned portfolio. This role collaborates closely with Retail Banking and Private Client staff and other internal business partners to deliver integrated financial solutions. Responsibilities

Compensation: $105,000 to $175,000 base salary annually. Actual compensation may vary depending on location, experience, and other factors. | |||||||||
