Role Overview The Field Ops Training Coordinator supports the Field Ops Training team by helping manage the operational, administrative, reporting, and logistical work that keeps training programs running smoothly. This rolemaintainsaccuratetraining records, supports LMS andAirtableworkflows, coordinates traininglogistics, manages field-facing requests, and helps ensure new hire training and compliance processes are completed accurately. It reports directly to the Senior Manager of Field Ops Training. This is a salaried, local in-office role Monday through Thursday, with a work-from-homeoptionon Fridays. The role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable learning new systems, and able to communicate clearly with training partners, field leaders, and cross-functional teams.
