The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience. Job Overview: The role will assist in efforts to collect information on family social needs/barriers/issues at Children's Specialized Hospital. The Patient Navigator will review patient data and identify appropriate ways to identify and assist families in need.
