Data Engineer

You'llsit within the Data&Analytics organization, working at the foundation of everything we build with data.You'lldesign andmaintainthe pipelines, infrastructure, and systems that make clean, reliable data possible so that analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders can trust whatthey'relooking at. Youwon'tjust move data;you'll shape how the company accesses it.

This is a hybrid role based in Chicago, IL. In office requirement once every 2 weeks at our office in River North.

• Build, implement, andmaintainrobust ETL/ELT pipelines that power reliable,timelydata delivery across the organization
• Ingest, store, process, and analyze large datasets efficiently, ensuring data is always accessible andaccuratefor downstream consumers
• Design andmaintainscalable data infrastructure and data models that support efficient storage, retrieval, and transformation
• Translate technical and functional requirements into detailed pipeline designs and automation workflows
• Prepare raw data into clean, consumable datasets for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Uphold data accuracy, integrity, privacy, security, and compliance across all systems you touch
• Provide limited on-call after-hours critical support on a rotating schedule with the

• 2+ years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, or a related field
• Proficiencyin SQL scripting and advanced database concepts, with hands-on experience working with large datasets
• Experience with Python for scripting, automation, and data processing workflows
• Familiarity with ETL tools and frameworks such asFivetran, and experience with Snowflake for data warehousing
• Understanding of cloud computing (AWS) and data security best practices
• Understanding of CI/CD practices and experience working inGit
• A collaborative attitude and the ability to work across teams to solve complex data challenges
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, paired with a genuine curiosity for how data systems work
• The ability towork within ateamto fosterconnectedness

• Must passany and allrequired background checks
• Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
