TheOutsourcingSenior Manager isresponsible for overseeing the strategic management of outsourced functions, ensuring compliance, costefficiency, and high-quality delivery.
JOB FUNCTIONS


  • Develops and implements strategies for outsourcing critical business functions, from concept to delivery
  • Ensures compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements
  • Oversees the outsourcing lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to closeout and ensures projects are deliveredon time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Conducts risk assessments, develops contingency plans, and ensures outsourced activities meet corporate SOPs,policies, and industry regulations
  • Tracks and reports on outsourced project performance, identifies improvement opportunities, and recommendsprocess optimizations
  • Works with internal teams and external partners to align outsourcing initiatives with business goals
  • Develops and manages outsourcing budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency
  • Mentors staff, provides guidance, and fosters professional development
  • Stays updated on outsourcing trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, and applies them to improve operations

Education


  • Bachelor'sDegreein business, administration, finance, or a related field, Preferred
  • In lieu of a degree, equivalent experience will be considered
  • Master's Degree, Preferred


Work Experience


  • 5--7+ years in RCM outsourcing management, Required
  • Demonstrated managment of offshore or outsourced vendor partners, Required
  • workflow optimization, KPI development, and operational reporting, Required


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities


  • Strong understanding of payer behavior, denial management, AR recovery strategies, and
    performance analytics, Required
  • Strong business acumen, project management expertise, vendor relationship management, andregulatory background
