In this role, you will be a key resource for customers and internal departments by helping identify the right parts, providing accurate information and pricing, and supporting efficient day-to-day parts operations. Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and online
  • Help customers and team members identify the correct parts and accessories for their needs
  • Provide pricing, product details, availability, and order status updates
  • Process parts sales and support inventory management and stock organization
  • Locate and source parts from available inventory and outside vendors when needed
  • Order parts accurately and in a timely manner
  • Partner with the service department to ensure prompt delivery of parts for repairs
  • Communicate price quotes, shipment updates, and special-order information clearly and professionally
  • Support the parts department with additional duties as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Previous parts or service experience preferred
  • Automotive knowledge preferred
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts is a plus
  • Ability to lift parts and supplies up to 50 pounds
  • Valid, clean Wisconsin driver's license
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn, take direction, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
