Job title : ServiceNow Business Analyst Location: REMOTE Type: 6 months Contract (potential future work as ServiceNow is implemented further company wide) Hours : Part Time- 20-25 hours Job Summary : Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented ServiceNow Business Analyst to support ServiceNow initiatives across multiple business and technical teams. This individual will work closely with engineering, product, operations, and other ServiceNow stakeholders to gather requirements, organize requests, and input information into internal systems for review and execution. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience working in cross-functional environments, and a solid understanding of ServiceNow fundamentals. Experience with ServiceNow administration, service catalog management, request automation, and integrations is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and other stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements Organize, track, and manage incoming requests and enhancements within internal systems Create and maintain detailed documentation, spreadsheets, and reporting related to ServiceNow initiatives Coordinate requirements reviews and ensure proper follow-through with stakeholders Support ServiceNow-related process improvements and workflow automation efforts Assist with service catalog management and request automation initiatives Work with teams to support integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems Utilize JIRA for task tracking, backlog management, and workflow coordination Maintain accurate records, timelines, and status updates for ongoing projects Required Qualification Experience using JIRA in a project or operational environment Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Understanding of ServiceNow fundamentals and platform capabilities Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow Administrator experience or certification Experience with: Service Catalog Management Request Automation System Integrations Previous experience supporting enterprise ITSM or workflow management initiatives Estimated Min Rate: $ 65.00 Estimated Max Rate: $ 70.00 What's In It for You?
