Job Description

Supply Chain Project Manager

Purpose

Provide project management and operational support across Interiors Supply Chain, ensuring rapid execution, documentation readiness, and responsiveness to leadership needs.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Operations

* Support urgent requests from the Procurement Services leader.

* Manage and execute Interiors Supply Chain projects, documentation, and workflows.

* Support implementation of sourcing process changes for buyer teams.

* Lead change management communications for key milestones (system mapping, supplier/buyer transitions, workflow rollouts, etc.).

* Support ad hoc project requests from Supply Chain leadership.

* Integrate quickly into existing workflows to maintain execution speed.

Cross Functional Coordination

* Maintain documentation, templates, and project level communications.

* Ensure workstreams remain aligned with Supply Chain leadership priorities.

* Provide project visibility, tracking, issue escalation, and stakeholder alignment.

Skills & Experience Requirements

* Bachelor's degree plus at least 4 years of experience in supply chain, analytics, project management, or related fields.


* Strong supply chain operations or procurement background.

* Proven project management experience, preferably in manufacturing or aerospace supply chain environments.

* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
with the ability to create clear, executive level communications.

* Strong communication and organizational skills.

* Ability to work cross functionally in a fast paced environment.

* Bachelor's degree plus at least 4 years of experience in supply chain, analytics, project management, or related fields.
