Job Description Risk Management and Inventory Analyst Support Purpose Assume day to day operational supplier risk management responsibilities for Interiors. Key Responsibilities * Plan, organize, and report all supplier risk activities for Interiors. * Identify and assess risks including financial instability, geopolitical issues, natural disasters, and major business continuity events. * Resolve risk events using the Identify-Assess-Mitigate-Monitor process. * Extract data and respond to Resilinc risk events; coordinate rapid response and financial rating escalations. * Conduct Tableau data pulls and prepare Collins Risk reports. * Prepare executive ready emails and executive level PowerPoint materials on major risk exposures. * Support customer audits, supplier surveys, and customer driven risk assessments. * Support ad hoc risk requests from Collins central risk leadership. * Perform other duties as assigned. Skills & Experience Requirements * Supply chain experience; exposure to risk management preferred. * Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to create executive level communications. * Strong analytical skills and data literacy; Tableau and SAP familiarity preferred. * Ability to work cross functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. * Bachelor's degree plus at least 4 years of experience in supply chain, analytics, risk management, or related fields.
