Wanted Server Duties: Sets tables & serves meals to diners & performs various incidental duties to furnish exemplary service. Requires familiarity w/menu, floor plans, & restaurant spaces of the Club. Sets tables. Greets members & guests w/proper & elegant language. Maintains knowledge about Wines, Draft Beers, & Cocktails Lists. Answers questions regarding the menu & makes suggestions where needed. Enters orders into POS system, categorizing appetizers vs. entrees, including timing entrees at appropriate times, & utilizing proper seat numbers. Removes soiled dishes. Offers desserts or after dinner cocktails. Maintains a clean service station area. Assists w/side work. Attends meetings as directed. Straightens dining room at end of the shift.
