Preferred to be registered, licensed, or certified to practice if applicable. Work Experience: 2 years of mental health experience, paid or unpaid Knowledge and understanding of severe mental illness, recovery principles and recovery driven service system Supervisory experience Description Recovery begins with the right support-and the right leadership can make all the difference. As a Clinical Supervisor at Merakey at our Drug and Alcohol Program in Philadelphia, you'll help shape a team dedicated to empowering individuals on their path to healing, growth, and lasting change. The Clinical Supervisor serves as a key leader within the Drug and Alcohol Program, supporting a positive, client-centered environment and guiding the team in delivering effective, recovery-focused services. This role helps ensure strong clinical practices, staff engagement, and overall program success. Responsibilities include: Staff Management Hire, train, and staff to meet program needs; coach supervisors on interviewing Provide ongoing staff guidance, mentoring, and feedback Complete evaluations; manage promotions and terminations Lead union-related processes for terminations and major violations Oversee supervisor handling of lower-level issues (attendance, performance) Step in for supervisor duties when needed Model and reinforce Merakey Core Values Promote a collaborative team environment Approve staff timecards Program Administration Provide weekly supervision and bi-weekly team meetings Support staff professional and licensure development Attend assigned meetings Assist with evidence-based practices Handle administrative tasks (incident reports, case reviews, complaints) Earn $32.16 per hour.
