The Opportunity

Adobe is reimagining the future of creativity - where generative AI, intelligent agents, and human imagination work hand in hand. As Director, Product Management - Agentic Product, you will lead Adobe's strategy for creative experiences powered by AI agents across the third-party AI ecosystem. You'll shape how Adobe's creative intelligence reaches users in entirely new contexts: not through Adobe's own surfaces, but through the platforms, assistants, and vertical applications that are redefining how people work and create!

Adobe's creative capabilities are increasingly foundational to the AI ecosystem. Our agentic product team packages and publishes Adobe's unique creativity and productivity capabilities across a rapidly expanding landscape of third-party AI surfaces - AI chat portals, operating systems, and industry-specific applications. The mission: package Adobe's agentic capabilities - tools, skills, and orchestration layers - into compelling, well-crafted experiences that drive adoption, demonstrate Adobe's unique value, and establish Adobe as the creative capability layer of the agentic internet.

This work requires deep fluency in the emerging standards of agentic packaging - MCP, skills manifests, hero prompts, plugin architecture - as well as sharp commercial instinct for how to position and sequence Adobe's capabilities across multiple partner surfaces. It also requires a forward-looking perspective on entirely new distribution models: what does an "agent for hire" look like in a vertical marketplace? What new business models does that unlock that Adobe doesn't have today? Partnerships with the world's leading AI platforms, high-velocity ship timelines tied to major platform launches, and an executive-visibility release cadence make this one of the highest-impact PM seats at Adobe right now.

This is a rare opportunity to define Adobe's presence in the next generation of creative software distribution - one that compounds Adobe's reach while ensuring every third-party experience reflects the quality and creative intelligence Adobe is known for.

What You'll Do

  • Own the third-party roadmap across Adobe's most strategic AI platform partnerships. For priority surfaces, co-develop the product experience with end-to-enduser personas, key workflows, UI/UX, and freemium models,in close collaboration with partners and internal teams.

  • Unlock new distribution models. Size, explore, and pilot emerging conceptsincluding agent-as-a-service in select consumer and commercial verticals, that create entirely new top-of-funnel entry points and revenue streams for Adobe.

  • Drive with a PLG approach. Define new-to-industry growth loops and funnels. Structure the team roadmap to balance fast iterative launches with a clearly articulated longer-term vision. Treat every ship as a learning opportunity.

  • Complete tasks at high velocity. Manage a running release train with ship timelines tied to major platform moments and weekly executive-level reporting. This is a high-visibility, high-accountability role.

  • Push on monetization. Develop POV and run A/B tests on new business models that go meaningfully beyond Adobe's current commercial playbook.

  • Lead across the organization. Operate as a connective force across product, engineering, partnerships, corporate strategy, and GTM. Inspire partner teams to come along on the journey while ensuring coherence with Adobe's broader agentic ecosystem.

  • Keep the customer at the center. Develop deep familiarity with the creators, builders, and businesses using these new agentic surfaces through direct research, data, and partnership insights and identify unmet needs and ensure Adobe's capabilities land where they create genuine value

What you need to succeed

  • 10+ years of product or innovation leadership experience, ideally within creative software, AI-driven products, or productivity ecosystems.

  • Deep fluency in AB testing methodology, growth models and working with data

  • Deep understanding of creative workflows and empathy for the creative community.

  • Exceptional strategic thinking, with the ability to connect high-level vision to pragmatic execution.

  • Skilled collaborator withstrongexecutive presence - able to influence and align diverse teams across product,engineering,research,anddesign.

  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and defining new categories in rapidly evolving spaces.

  • Passion for Adobe's mission and a belief that AI should empower, not replace, human creativity.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $173,800 -- $334,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $231,000 - $334,500

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
