SCHEDULE: Hourly 178-day clerical work schedule Hours may vary based on program needs REPORTS TO: Building Principals, immediate supervisor SUPERVISION: None SALARY: $16.89/hr - $19.50/hr (subject to negotiated agreement and work experience) (2026-27 school year) $17.72/hr - $20.18/hr QUALIFICATIONS: Required Preferred POSITION SUMMARY: This is the first level in the four level clerical group and is responsible for performing routine administrative support duties that could include filing and copying a variety of materials, entering and reconciling data, typing, answering telephones, cashiering, providing customer service, and scheduling a variety of events and meetings. PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: * Maintain accurate records KNOWLEDGE: * Customer service principles SKILLS: * Using computers and related software applications ESSENTIAL DUTIES: * Performs various routine clerical duties; utilizing standard office equipment, to include: screening incoming calls, taking and transmitting messages, maintaining calendars, making photocopies, faxing documents, typing, requisitioning supplies, and monitoring and restocking office supplies and materials PHYSICAL FACTORS: * Frequent: walking, standing, sitting, hearing, talking, and seeing * Light Work: exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or negligible amount of force constantly to move objects BENEFITS: We offer a comprehensive benefits package for employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week*.
