This is a critical rolepartnering with the leadership team of MBO and theirteams toestablishand drive alignment on key priorities and initiatives.This role is accountable for several critical functions includingthe strategic planning, businessperformance,Rhythm ofBusiness(ROB) and operational & financial Excellence for this global team. The successful candidate for this positionpossessesan ability to lead through influenceacross teams and levels of seniority,demonstratesthe discipline toseek clarity anddeliver resultsin ambiguous situations, and is a self-starter with proven skills in driving key initiatives through engagement with internal partners. The candidate should have a solidprocess, business, and financial acumenacross business management,communication,planning,data analytics,and business/performance management. Business Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
