Title: Communications Specialist

Duration: 04 months plus possible extension

Pay rate: $28.00 - $29.10 hourly on W2

JOB SUMMARY

Role Overview

This role will support a blend of executive communications, change and transformation initiatives, and internal technology updates during a period of active technology and organizational change.

This is a hands-on role for a seasoned communications professional who can quickly understand complex topics, partner with senior leaders and technical teams, and deliver clear, effective communications across multiple channels.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Demonstrated experience in a professional communications role supporting internal, executive, organizational communications for technology, IT, or digital teams.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences
• Experience supporting change initiatives, transformations, or large-scale programs
• Familiarity with enterprise collaboration and communications tools (e.g., MS 365, Teams, SharePoint, intranet platforms)
• Ability to quickly understand and communicate technology related topics to non-technical audiences
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with leaders, technical teams, and cross functional partners
• Comfort working in fast paced, evolving environments
• Ability to work in a hybrid onsite model
