Job Description: Assignment Overview

The contractor will serve as the first point of contact for new business, owning the intake phase of the customer lifecycle. This assignment is tasked with ensuring all credit applications are complete, accurate, and ready for underwriting review.

The goal is to reduce friction in the onboarding process and enable a seamless transition from applicant to active customer.

Assignment Tasks

-Manage end-to-end intake of credit applications, ensuring completeness and accuracy prior to underwriting -Perform KYC verifications, including validation of business entities, tax exemption certificates, and supporting documentation -Contact trade and bank references to obtain credit history and required application details -Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to provide timely updates and remove blockers in the onboarding process -Monitor the onboarding pipeline to ensure applications meet service level agreements (SLAs) and time-to-activate targets

Preferred Qualifications

-1-3 years of experience in finance, credit operations, or a high-volume administrative environment -Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify missing or inconsistent information -Effective written and verbal communication skills -Ability to problem-solve and guide customers through resolving application gaps -Experience using Bectran (or similar credit platforms), Salesforce, and MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
