Job Description About the Organization You'll Be Joining This Design Manager will report to the Head of Deal Design & Development within the North America Deal Team, the creative team working with sales leaders to craft the most compelling "Why Visa" stories. You'll be part of a broader community of presentation designers who share standards, best practices, and a high bar for craft. Daytoday, this role is deeply embedded with Growth Products & Partnerships (GP&P)-the team responsible for building and scaling Visa's product and solutionled partnerships with leading technology companies. In this capacity, you'll work closely with GP&P product, partnerships, and sales leaders to shape earlystage opportunity narratives, platform and ecosystem stories, and forwardlooking partnership visions, with a particular focus on Visa's Big Tech partners. This structure enables the role to combine bestinclass deal design with deep context in productled partnerships, ensuring stories are not only beautifully designed, but strategically grounded in how Visa creates longterm value with its most important partners. Role Overview We are looking for a Graphic Design Manager who is first and foremost an exceptional presentation designer and visual storyteller - someone who thrives in ambiguity, partners closely with Sales, and helps shape opportunities before they formally exist. This role sits at the intersection of design, storytelling, and deal strategy. You will work directly with sales and product leaders, account executives, and crossfunctional partners to turn earlystage ideas into compelling prepitch, opportunity development, pitch, and RFP materials that influence executive decisions and win business. This is a handson individual contributor role with leadership expectations. The ideal candidate is a self-directed, highly collaborative designer who communicates confidently with Sales and Product leaders and owns work end-to-end, raising the bar on the quality and clarity of pitch narratives. Why This Role Is Different
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.Qualifications Basic Qualifications* 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications * 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD * 5-8+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong emphasis on presentation and pitch design. * Proven experience supporting sales teams, partnerships, or business development. * Experience operating independently in fastpaced, ambiguous environments. Design & Storytelling Skills * Expertlevel PowerPoint skills (layout, hierarchy, storytelling, executive polish). * Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma or equivalent a plus. * Deep understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and narrative structure. * Ability to simplify complexity without losing strategic nuance. Collaboration & Communication * Comfortable sharing perspectives openly, challenging ideas thoughtfully, and working across seniority levels and functional groups (internal and external) * Strong executivegrade communication - able to explain the "why" behind design decisions. * Trusted partner who can influence without authority and collaborate across teams. U.S. Applicants Only The estimated salary range for this positionis $134,600.00 to $ 215,300.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.Work Hours Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements This position requires travel 5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
