Job Description Role Overview TheVisa University LAC, Head of Regionis a senior leadership role and member of the Visa University leadership team responsible for shaping, commercializing, and scaling Visa University's learning and capabilitybuilding offerings acrossLatin America and the Caribbean (LAC). This role serves as the regional owner of learning strategy, client engagement, commercial performance, and team leadership, ensuring Visa University delivers highimpact, revenuegenerating learning solutions that help our clients grow. VU Head of Region roles partner closely with regional and global stakeholders across Account Executive, VCA, Client Services, Product, and global Visa University teams to deliver impactful learning experiences that drive behavior change, client value and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Learning Design, Development, and Delivery Leadership
Sales of learning solutions, set plays, recipes and bespoke projects
P&L Ownership and Financial Management
Team Leadership and Talent Development
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
