Xometry is seeking a Senior Director & Product Lead. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for a strategic operator who possesses the rare combination of deep technical fluency in PLM/CAD ecosystems and the entrepreneurial drive to scale a major enterprise partnership. You will be the single point of accountability for the success of this partnership. You are not a people manager; you are a Product GM who exerts influence through technical authority, strategic vision, and relentless execution across Xometry's Engineering, Data Science, and Sales organizations. This role requires a hybrid schedule (3 days a week) at our North Bethesda, MD office location. How You'll Contribute

The estimated base salary range for new hires into this role is $210,000- $240,000 annually + annual bonus depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
