Scrum Master - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Scrum Master - Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Jersey City, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This is a senior role for a Scrum Master with experience in Agile transformation and project management. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile development practices, ensure Scrum processes are followed, and possess a healthy level of Middle and Back Office knowledge within the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile development practices and ensure Scrum processes are followed
• Lead all Scrum ceremonies
• Identify and remove blockers for the development team
• Coach teams on Agile principles and best practices
• Take on Project Management duties as needed during an Agile transformation

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Proven experience with Agile transformation and project management
• Strong knowledge of Middle and Back Office financial operations
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
• Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills
• Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.

Pay range: Up to $82.22 per hour
