Location: Horseshoe Bay Resort - Horseshoe Bay, TX
Job Type: Full-Time | On-site
Shift: Overnight
Pay Rate: $17/hour

Position Summary

The Overnight Loss Prevention Officer is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the resort during overnight hours. This role includes conducting patrols, responding to incidents, monitoring systems, and ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities



  • Conduct regular patrols to identify and respond to safety or security concerns
  • Serve as first responder for medical emergencies; administer CPR/First Aid as needed
  • Monitor surveillance systems and manage overnight communications
  • Investigate incidents and complete accurate reports
  • Perform safety inspections of facilities (lighting, exits, security systems)
  • Manage key control, lost & found, and basic administrative tasks


Qualifications



  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to obtain a Texas Private Security License
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification
  • Previous security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred
  • Valid Texas Driver's License with clean record
  • Strong communication and report-writing skills
  • Ability to work independently overnight and remain alert
  • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and work outdoors
