Principal Analyst, Manufacturing IT Systems
Overview Waters is looking for an experienced Principal Manufacturing IT Systems Analyst to define, govern and advance Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) in support of Waters global manufacturing footprint. This role sits at the intersection of manufacturing operations, digital manufacturing strategy, and enterprise integration, ensuring shopfloor and asset management systems enable scalable growth, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and rapid integration of new capabilities including acquisitions and external manufacturing partners. The position operates with broad autonomy, shapes longterm manufacturing systems strategy, and influences decisionmaking at site, regional, and global levels. Responsibilities
Define and maintain global standards, architectures, and governance models for manufacturing execution and asset management systems.
