The Instructor Pilot is responsible for delivering highquality flight simulator and ground school training in accordance with applicable regulatory agency requirements, CAEapproved curricula, and customer standards. Acting as a subject matter expert (SME), the Instructor Pilot leads clients through their training experience while ensuring professionalism, safety, and instructional excellence.
After approximately
1.5 years, and based on business needs, designated instructors are expected to qualify as a
Training Center Evaluator (TCE) and customer contract check airman.
