We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager, Escrow to lead daily branch operations, support team development, and deliver exceptional service throughout the real estate closing process.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated escrow professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentoring teams, and values building strong relationships with clients, agents, lenders, and partners.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of a busy escrow branch and team

  • Oversee escrow transactions from opening through closing while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and outstanding customer service

  • Act as a trusted neutral third party for buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders during real estate transactions

  • Coach, mentor, and develop escrow staff to ensure strong performance and professional growth

  • Maintain operational efficiency through process improvement, reporting, auditing, and workflow management

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices

  • Foster a positive, team-oriented office culture built on collaboration and accountability

  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the local real estate community

What We're Looking For

  • Previous escrow management or leadership experience preferred

  • Strong knowledge of escrow operations, title, and real estate closing processes

  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage branch performance

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
