Overview

    Order entry and general customer service inquiries, requests, quotations and shipping/freight forwarding arrangements
  • Customer Service problem resolution (returns, complaints, inquiries and follow-up)
  • Contact for requests/inquiries from Vicam R&D, Production and Sales departments
  • Supervision/training of order entry personnel
  • Record keeping including scanning all order documentation to SAP
  • Main contact for Major International Vicam account(pricing negotiations and quotations)

Qualifications

  • No college degree required
  • 3-5 years experience
  • Good attention to detail
