Description
The Airborne Tech instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality technical instruction to students enrolled in the Airborne tech program. This position ensures consistent, standards training aligned with program curriculum, safety requirements, and industry. The instructor plays a key role in supporting students' success by providing hands-on and classroom-based instruction, maintaining instructional continuity across cohorts, and reinforcing AMES training standards and policies. This role also contributes to improving student completion rates, preparing students for entry- level technician roles, and supporting the overall stability and growth of the program. In addition to instruction, the role supports program consistency by maintain reliable class schedules, collaboration with program leadership on curriculum delivery, and ensuring a positive and structured learning environment for all students.
