Job Summary/Objective The primary purpose of this role is to serve as the primary point of contact at the customer's location, ensuring exceptional service delivery to the client, their employees, and vendor relationships. This role is accountable for onboarding new employees, maintaining compliance, driving employee engagement, tracking key metrics, and supporting overall client-company success. - Act as the daily onsite point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and escalations.
- Conduct regular check-ins and status meetings with client supervisors and managers.
- Communicate staffing updates, performance metrics, and service improvements to the client.
- Document and follow up on client feedback to ensure resolution and satisfaction
Recruiting and Order Fulfillment
- Partner with the client's team to understand, coordinate, and forecast short- and long-term staffing needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of temporary worker activity.
- Monitor job order progress and proactively address challenges in meeting hiring timelines with Social Services team.
- Attend client production and/or strategic planning meetings (as applicable)
- Continuously evaluate recruiting effectiveness and adjust sourcing methods to improve results.
- Posting all internal open positions, accepting applications from internal and temporary workers, collecting recommendation forms from current supervisor, proctor testing for each position and report data to hiring manager. Arrange and attend interviews for internal candidates, advise managers on candidate selection.
Onboarding
- Facilitate new hire orientations and pre-training with new employees for proper transition to employee role, responsibilities to comply with policies and employee benefits.
- Manage I-9 verification using E-Verify
- Support new hires with benefits and 401k enrollment and train in HRIS and timekeeping software.
Reporting, Timekeeping,
- Manage and oversee daily timekeeping process, manage software training for employees and managers. Resolve or escalate software issues.
- Counsels temporary workers and employees related to attendance, productivity, and overall job performance. Manages points system editing records for temporary workers and employees who bring excuse documentation
- Maintain compliance with Staffmark Group operations, systems, and employee records.
- Participate in the customer's safety program and verify that employees follow safety policies and any PPE requirements. Accident review, investigations, and report of injury with onsite safety manager, Staffmark Group and customer safety department as needed.
- Implement employee programs and activities to improve KPI performance such as absenteeism and turnover.
- Assist in the coordination and selection of secondary vendors. Communicate regularly on account status.
- Participate in the customer's meetings as appropriate to stay informed of the operations.
- Participate in team off-site recruiting activities.
Human Resources and Compliance
- Manages FMLA and ADA process, offering programs to employees with potential eligibility within the timeframe to maintain legal compliance.
- Completes insurance forms for STD, LTD and Life insurance claims.
- . Receives complaints of employee, temporary worker and manager behavior including harassment and violation of company policies and conduct full investigations/ Take written statements, create a summary and recommendation for action to resolve issues and report to the CEO. Execute CEO decisions.
- Presents training for Harassment Awareness, Reasonable Suspicion for Intoxication, and Manager Training.
- Creates company policies to meet company needs and comply with employment laws. Enforces all company policies advising managers on how to navigate possible employee violations.
- Supports employees to complete benefits elections during Open Enrollment and QLEs.
- Manages all employee relation programs including birthday and anniversary posters, employee of the month, and back to school event. Supports summer cookouts and Santa event.
- Coordinates with Social Services team to manage employee support requests, drug testing, second chance agreements, Nehemiah University and miscellaneous employee needs.
- Creates agenda and conducts weekly HR meetings for company leaders.

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or business, or a related field; or at least five (5) years of equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of previous work within a staffing company or in customer service
- 2 years or more experience supervising 150 employees or more in a metric driven environment

Work Environment This job operates in a variety of environments. Exposure to moderate noise is common. While working outdoors, exposure to moving mechanical parts and hot/cold/wet/windy weather conditions may occur. On occasion, duties may require the wearing of proper safety equipment in areas where required. Duties may sometimes be carried out in a professional office environment, as well as over the road. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, copiers, scanners, phones, and filing cabinets. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position: Monday through Friday, regular business hours. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
