The Co-Pack Lead will provide support for co-pack operation in the areas of ensuring productivity goals on each production line are met, creating outbound BOL's, populating reports, communicating with internal sources such as distribution center manager, line leads, warehouse coordinator and warehouse floor leads. This role also performs cycle counts; end of project counts for raw materials and includes responsibilities monitoring our warehouse management system. In addition to other assigned tasks. Responsibilities Leads and ensures co-pack production goals are met on warehouse floor. Enters daily receiving / production / damages in customer required spreadsheets. Shipping - Prints pick tickets, calls for freight rates, enters packing lists, prints necessary bill of lading, and calls in carriers. Schedules any vendor pickups. Expedite orders that require same day delivery. Requests proof of delivery. Branch locations - Schedule inter-branch shuttles. Processes returns, tabulates picking and receiving totals, delegates work assignments. Initiates warehouse supply orders Communicates with internal partners. Performs cycle counts Provides Warehouse Management system support Sends First Article pictures to customers at the beginning of each project if applicable. Assures adequate resources/labor are available to meet productivity objectives. Prepares proper shipping documents Printing reports Other tasks as assigned Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year of related co-pack operations experience required Working within a WMS (Warehouse Management System) - Solochain system is a plus. Microsoft Office with emphasis on Outlook, Excel and Word knowledge. Compensation The base pay range for this role is $24 - $26 per hour.
