Westview of Indianola Care Center is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical leadership team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who is ready to grow into a stronger nursing leadership role. As ADON, you will work closely with the Director of Nursing and facility leadership to support daily clinical operations, mentor nursing team members, promote quality care, and help ensure regulatory compliance.

As Assistant Director of Nursing, you will play a key role in supporting the clinical department and helping ensure residents receive the high standard of care they have come to expect from Westview of Indianola Care Center.

In this role, you will:

• Assist with overseeing daily nursing operations

• Support, mentor, and develop nursing team members

• Help promote a positive, inclusive, and accountable facility culture

• Assist with setting and achieving nursing department goals

• Support compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

• Partner with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team

• Assist with care planning, clinical documentation, and quality improvement initiatives

• Help maintain high standards for resident-centered care

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa, compact state, or ability to obtain Iowa licensure prior to start

• At least two years of nursing experience, preferably in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or post-acute care

• Nursing leadership experience and/or Infection Preventionist certification preferred, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate

You are a dependable RN who leads by example, communicates well, and takes pride in supporting both residents and team members. You are organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow as a clinical leader. You understand the importance of quality care, compliance, teamwork, and creating a culture where employees feel supported and residents receive excellent care.

• Competitive wages based on experience, starting at $37/hr
