Producer, Web Experience for Data 360

The Data 360 Product Marketing team at Salesforce is looking for a Producer, Web Experience, to manage work in our content management systems, a custom implementation of WordPress. This position will work closely with teams across the Marketing organization to create personalized, impactful web pages for desktop and mobile experiences.

We are looking for someone who can find solutions on the website that satisfy the stakeholders as well as the end user. The ideal candidate is comfortable in HTML/CSS code to fix issues directly but also sees the larger picture from a digital marketing perspective. The Producer, Web Experience must be an effective communicator who will work closely with both the Data 360 Product Marketing team and Web Experience Management team to complete executional tasks on www.salesforce.com and other digital properties.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist and lead execution for certain sized projects for the web experience management team in authoring and managing pages on www.salesforce.com. This includes QA and final delivery/release.
  • Expert level authoring in CMS platform to execute complex and technical solutions.
  • Adhere to existing templates and components within our CMS that adhere to overall brand guidelines. Suggest improvements as needed.
  • Partner with stakeholders and peers to deliver digital projects optimized for lead generation and conversion within brand guidelines.
  • This position is primarily executional and is focused on production of webpages on www.salesforce.com.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience authoring web pages in an enterprise content management system (Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, OpenCMS, Joomla, Drupal, Sitecore, etc.)
  • Expert level knowledge of HTML and CSS as well as graphic production for web; understands balance between quality vs. performance optimized for the web.
  • Excellent organizational skills, works well in a collaborative team environment and manages and prioritizes their time effectively.
