In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in defining the voice and structure of digital content, transforming complex information into accessible and user-friendly experiences. **What You'll Do:**

* Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including project managers, art directors, copywriters, and developers, to craft user-friendly content.

* Drive content strategy initiatives from discovery through development, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives.

* Develop and present effective, compelling content narratives to key stakeholders and decision-makers.

* Ensure all content adheres to UX best practices, accessibility requirements, and SEO/AEO guidelines.

* Work effectively within established design systems and content management systems to maintain consistency and efficiency.

* Embrace creative constraints and proactively find innovative solutions within a regulated marketing environment.

* Manage multiple content tasks independently, demonstrating strong self-motivation and organizational skills.

**Required Skills:**

* Proven experience working with a design system and within the constraints of a content management system (CMS).

* Exceptional collaborative skills, with the ability to gather data and ensure the feasibility of work across diverse internal and external groups.

* Demonstrated capability in developing and presenting effective, compelling narratives to decision-makers.

* Experience across the entire digital framework lifecycle: discovery, define, concept, design, and development.

* Solid understanding of SEO/AEO, accessibility requirements, and UX best practices.

* Willingness to embrace creative constraints and work to find solutions in a highly regulated marketing environment.

* Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with Confluence, Adobe Creative Cloud, and whiteboarding tools.

* Self-motivated and able to self-manage multiple tasks concurrently.
