Join Ecolab's sales team as a Regional Street Sales Manager. This sales leadership opportunity is within our industry leading Institutional division, which offers comprehensive chemical products and solutions to meet the needs of customers across the Cleaning and Sanitation industries. In this role, you will lead a team of 12-14 highperforming Street Sales Development Managers to drive competitive gain business by developing strategic sales plans, prospecting, and closing new business. You will partner closely with inmarket Field Sales teams to grow and retain Street Agreement business through established street initiatives and protocols. You will be accountable for driving new street gain, delivering pricing results, leading Retain and Grow initiatives for street business, and executing National Street Initiatives at the local market level. What You Will Do:
*
Recruit, develop, engage, and retain a diverse, highperforming sales team
*
Lead regional newbusiness sales growth and deliver short and longterm financial results within the Institutional division
*
Set clear team and individual objectives and hold teams accountable for results
*
Own regional sales pipeline management using Salesforce
*
Partner with Field Sales teams to drive retention and growth of Street Agreement Business and execute competitive market strategies
*
Oversee customer contract movement and ensure pricing integrity within assigned geography
*
Manage emerging chain strategies across the region
*
Execute National Street Initiatives and ensure consistent local implementation
*
Collaborate with crossfunctional partners to execute regional strategies and initiatives
*
Champion a

Position Details
:

Candidate must reside within
a commutable distance (within 50 miles) of
Las Vegas or Denver
*
50%
overnight travel may be required Minimum Qualifications: *
Bachelor's Degree
*
5+ years foodservice, hospitality, or related industry sales experience
*
Prior experience managing a sales team
*
Valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
*

Anticipated Job Posting End Date Annual or Hourly Compensation Range The base salary range for this position is $119,400.00 - $179,000.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentives based on performance, per plan terms.
