Role Summary
The Business Analyst (BA) is an execution focused role within the Price Strategy Execution Continuous Improvement operating model, supporting technology and business process transformation across pricing, rebate, and controls functions for the OC Enterprise in North America. The role exists to ensure approved solutions are fully executed, tested, documented, adopted and supported so that intended productivity and control benefits are realized and sustained over time.
This role partners closely with Continuous Improvement leadership to execute technology enabled solutions through execution of approved requirements, testing, deployment readiness, system maintenance, and sustainment. The BA plays a critical role in ensuring pricing technologies and tools are implemented correctly, consistently adopted, and scalable over time, while protecting automation ROI and reducing operational, financial, and audit risk for Price Strategy Execution businesses across the OC enterprise. By owning execution, adoption, documentation and day-to-day execution support, the Business Analyst protects capacity for solution design, automation delivery and continuous improvement.
This position reports directly to the Business Solutions Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Execution Management:
- Partner with the Business Solutions Lead, CI Lead, Project Lead, Pricing & Controls Analysts, and enterprise stakeholders to deliver highimpact initiatives across pricing, rebates, and controls for Roofing, Insulation, and Doors.
- Lead execution of assigned initiatives by executing approved requirements and solution direction, including development, solution validation, deployment readiness, and sustainment activities.
- Manage execution tasks using established project and CI tools to ensure initiatives deliver expected outcomes on approved timelines.
- Proactively communicate status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Serve as an expert execution resource related to pricing tools, systems, and processes under direct accountability, ensuring solutions operate as designed and remain supportable over time.
System Maintenance, Enhancement & Automation Support:
- Provide daytoday execution support for pricing systems and tools, including system table maintenance, rule updates, and issue resolution.
- Support D365 configuration, regression testing, and validation to ensure pricing, rebate, and controls accuracy is sustained as enhancements are released.
- Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting assets that support price strategy execution, controls monitoring, and operational KPIs.
- Own coordination of UAT activities and validation for new deployments, automation releases, and system enhancements, including test planning, defect tracking and validation of expected outcomes.
- Partner with GIS and IT resources to document requirements, test solutions, support user training, and ensure smooth production deployments.
Continuous Improvement & Sustainment:
- Partner with Business Solutions Lead and CI Lead to execute continuous improvement initiatives that remove manual work, increase execution reliability, and reduce risk.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance, automate, or standardize existing pricing, rebate, and controls processes.
- Ensure existing automation benefits are preserved through disciplined testing, documentation, and user adoption activities, proactively identifying and addressing usage gaps, defects and breakdowns in standard work.
- Maintain documentation required for auditability, SOX compliance, controls effectiveness, knowledge transfer and long-term solution sustainability.
Serve Our Customers & Internal Partners:
- Develop a deep understanding of enterprise pricing operations and interdependencies across Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Customer Service, Price Strategy, and Controls teams.
- Support enterprise partners with reliable, accurate, and timely pricing and rebate execution that enables a strong internal and external customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve how information is delivered to internal users and key customers.

Job Requirements MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Preferred fields: Business, Finance, Accounting, IT or Data Science.
- 1-3 years related experience.
KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS
- Experience with SAP, D365, Access, or similar enterprise systems preferred.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills required.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial and operational workflows.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize execution work, and indirectly influence outcomes.
