JOB SUMMARY The FDS Analyst II builds recurring and ad hoc analyses that explain local margin and productivity performance, working closely with Senior Analysts/Managers to ensure quality and consistency. JOB FUNCTIONS * Produce recurring margin and productivity reports by service line/unit; reconcile to financials. * Conduct variance analysis (price, volume, mix, productivity) and draft commentary for review. * Assist in business case modeling and sensitivity analysis for local initiatives. * Maintain data pipelines/workpapers and document methods in accordance with central standards. * Field ad hochoc requests from local leaders; prioritize with Manager/Senior * Gather local inputs and perform costing, profitability, and operational margin analysis for initiatives. * Develop required management and forecasting reports. * Support oversight of capital plan tracking (requests, monthly forecasts, coordination with managers) Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field (Required) * One year of relevant education may be substituted for one year of required work experience, or one year of relevant professional-level work experience may be substituted for one year of required education. * 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, decision support, or a related field in a healthcare setting (Required) * Ability to:

Salary Range: $31.53 /hour - $52.06 /hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
