As one of our Mountain Construction stores, the Salt Lake City team supplies and services machinery from manufacturers like John Deere, Wirtgen and Topcon. - Support the Region: Provide regional support and leadership for parts and service departments within the Road Building and Minerals group, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Drive Results: Lead and monitor regional aftermarket strategies, including parts and service processes, benchmarks, and performance metrics.
- Help Grow and Build: Support and develop Customer Service Advisors, Product Specialists, and store teams to grow aftermarket business and improve customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Serve as a key resource for product knowledge and technical support on Wirtgen and Kleemann equipment across the region.
- Customer Relations: Build strong relationships with customers and manufacturing partners while addressing concerns and maintaining consistent service standards.

What You Will Need:
- Industry Experience: Industry and/or aftermarket parts and service experience, preferably supporting road building, aggregates, or heavy equipment operations.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
- Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel up to 50%, supporting regional locations and customers as needed.
- Comfortable with Technology: Solid computer and systems proficiency to support reporting, planning, and operational coordination.
- Valid Work Authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
