Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (or related field) 5-10 years of mechanical design and product development experience Proficiency in SolidWorks, Revit, and 3D printing tools Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams Excellent communication and customer-facing skills Key Responsibilities: Design components (sheet metal, tubing, wiring, plastic) using SolidWorks 2024 Develop prototypes using 3D printing and rapid fabrication methods Conduct feasibility testing, analyze results, and drive product improvements Review first article parts and support quality validation Manage multiple engineering projects with cross-functional teams Create BOMs, work instructions, and manufacturing print packages Support production launches and troubleshoot manufacturing issues Provide technical support to Sales and assist with customer specifications Develop technical documentation, manuals, and product bulletins Why This Job? - Benefits Offered by Our Client Medical, dental, and vision (Benefits start on the 1st of the month after sixty (60) days of employment) 401 (k) eligibility (After six (6) months of employment) Company-paid life insurance 9+ company holidays (including birthday off) Paid time off And more!
