RQI Specialist I

Position Overview:

Join our team as an RQI Specialist I and play a
key role in supporting our lifesaving mission! You'll be responsible for
configuring, refurbishing, and shipping RQI (Resuscitation Quality Improvement)
systems and equipment to meet customer needs. This hands-on position is ideal
for someone who enjoys technical work, logistics, and making a difference in
healthcare.

Responsibilities:

• Configure RQI systems, including updating and loading software on PCs
• Refurbish manikins and laptops to company standards
• Manage inventory and process work orders using QAD
• Coordinate shipments of refurbished units based on service orders
• Support
  product repairs and returns (RMA) as needed

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday

• 7:00am-3:30pm

Pay Rate:

• $15.50/hr.

Key Competencies:

• Experience with RQI products and processes (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic software setup
• Knowledge of standard operating procedures and safety practices
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Ability to set up and manipulate software
  installations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience with RQI Products is preferred
• Must be able to lift and move up
  to 50 pounds
• Digital dexterity and hand/eye coordination in operation of
  equipment
• Regularly required to climb, sit, stand, bend, reach, stoop,
  crouch, and move about the facility
• Ability to communicate with
  customers and/or other team members via phone or in person
