POSITION SCOPE

The Recruiting Admin Assistant plays a key support role within the recruitment team, ensuring smooth, efficient, and well-organized hiring and onboarding processes across Fisher Industries and its affiliated companies. This position focuses on coordinating onboarding activities, maintaining recruitment records, and supporting recruiters and hiring managers with administrative and operational projects. The Recruiting Admin Assistant helps deliver a professional, consistent, and positive experience for candidates and new hires while supporting Fisher Industries' commitment to building strong, reliable teams.

PRIMARY DUTIES



  • Support Fisher Industries and affiliated companies with recruitment coordination and onboarding support
  • Maintain accurate & timely candidate, job posting, & onboarding records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Assist with job posting and advertisement processes to support ongoing workforce needs
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates regarding application status, onboarding steps, schedules, and required documentation
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and provide support materials to recruiters and hiring managers
  • Track onboarding progress and follow up to ensure all requirements are completed prior to employee start dates
  • Support recruiting events, job fairs, and workforce development initiatives as needed
  • Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and documentation related to recruiting activity & onboarding metrics
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all applicant and employee information
  • Provide dependable administrative support to the recruitment and other teams
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned


REQUIREMENTS



  • Associate's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Previous experience in human resources, recruiting coordination, or administrative support preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment with an emphasis on Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with consistent accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping
  • Ability to work effectively with recruiters, hiring managers, field leadership, and candidates
  • Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Employment is in office and may include occasional travel to support recruitment or onboarding needs
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to support Fisher Industries' operational and workforce goals
